The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (TTC) teacher training course is limited to 15 people and is offered by a team of experienced teachers. It is a comprehensive training program for yoga instructors, designed according to the requirements of 200 hours to register for Yoga Alliance. All modules teach and meet the requirements of the yoga alliance. Our complete course program includes Asanas, Asanas Methodology (Adjustment and Theory), Pranayama and Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Ayurveda and more.

Pranayama classes cover a variety of techniques such as Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Sivathali, Sivakasi, and Bhramari. The 'Mysore style' is practiced on Saturdays, where students have the opportunity to improve their practice without the teacher, but the teacher's Asanas will be present to adopt. Important.
