The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in India course is limited to 15 people and is offered by a team of experienced teachers. It is a comprehensive training program for yoga instructors, designed according to the requirements of 200 hours to register for Yoga Alliance. After successfully completing the course, you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, qualified to sign up for the Yoga Alliance and be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga worldwide.

Pranayam classes cover various techniques such as Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Shivthali, Sivakari and Bhramari 'Mysore Style', where students practice on Saturdays, where students have the opportunity to improve their practice without a teacher under their leadership, but teachers will be President.
